[The last vestiges of his spectacular hangover finally long gone, Bucky leaves a quick note that morning, and swings by the coffee shop in the afternoon to meet Eugene. They both have some last-minute preparations to do for Natasha before for the grand opening, so he figures he might as well kill two birds with one stone. The place is fully stocked now, and smells earthy and rich. It reminds him of Italy, leaving the other Commandos to unwind at a bar and ducking in somewhere quiet with Steve to talk late at night over watered-down espresso shots. He likes Natasha's coffee shop. It feels permanent, in a way not many things are.
He nods at Eugene when he spots him by the bar, and comes over to greet him. There's a small box wrapped in plain brown paper tucked under his arm, and he leans against the counter to slide it across to Eugene with a grin.]
