[Begins transmission with a smile, him flying solo in his own journal for the day. And here, being committed to your entertainment. Or at least, it's in the works, but today he has a few things in mind he'd like to accomplish to get that started.]

Hello, Luceti, it's a chilly morning out there, so make sure you're nice and bundled up for any sort of travel you expect to be doing today.

Jack and I are still compiling some requests and compositions from you lovely lot, and if you'd like to put in some last minute offers or requests, feel free to let me or Jack know.

[Switches gears a little, looking just a little nervous]

I also come to you today for a request.

[Takes a deep breath and averts his eyes just a moment, licking his lips before glancing back to the screen]

I've heard of some doctors being located at the Battle Dome and I had questions about... things... regarding mobility, mostly. Ah, if anyone could get me in contact with a doctor there, I would really... really appreciate it. As some of you know I have some mobility issues and improving that would be...

[Smiles a little, wistful and hopeful but trying to keep it under wraps]

[Scratches the side of his nose with one finger and sits back]

I don't want to shoot you guys. I just want to shoot the whole concept of dating in general.

[He huffs a little.] Fine fine. I can do this.

Thats' the spirit. Don't try to shoot dating, it's really not so hideous. Consider it like hanging out with someone, with the potential benefit of getting to know someone pretty well.

I know a woman from my own world who's dating a god. Who is also from my own world. Maybe not that uncommon here.

Yeah, Jack and I just kind of happened, too. Trust me, the feeling isn't too unusual. But speakin of unusual, just because you know gods and humans and all this dating business going on between them doesn't mean I'm used to it. Just seems like something out of a work of fiction. The world got a whole lot stranger the last couple of years. Although hell, they did create a super soldier back in World War 2. I guess that counts as kind of strange.

She eats. Pretty much the same things as everyone else.

[Currently he has every intention of cooking the both of you something fine and date-worthy. Wine, steak, a nice vegetable side with a small dash of dessert.]

I don't know about super soldiers back in World War 2 in my world, but I guess they'd keep that from me on account of it's probably pretty sensitive info. I'm just a boring journalist from Canada. But aside from that, just leave it to me. --The dinner part, at least. And the music.

Guess they must be keeping that a pretty closely kept secret. You know how Americans are with their Area 51 and stuff.

Y'know, I think I'm at the point where I can probably just ask her what she likes to eat. Might be a good idea too.

[The confused look doesn't go unnoticed, but it isn't entirely unfamiliar. Probably one of those things marked 'do not ask'.]

Eh, Area 51 isn't that interesting. Kind of pointless trying to hide it when you have an alien invasion in New York and Iron man flying around every lunch time.

[Nearly snorts and tries to pass that off as laughing about the Tony comment, not the absurdity of an alien invasion]

Ah, yeah, having met Tony, he's a real trip. But Americans, so charming despite being jerks, you can't help but love them and hate them. Or at least him. Kind of wish he hadn't set Jack off, though...

You've met Stark? Yeah, he's certainly something. But, he's a good guy. What did he do to Jack?

I haven't met Stark, but his reputation precedes him. I know Pepper.

He's not easy to deal with always but he's a good guy. Just don't tell him that. He's honour bound to be contrary.

Pepper is a good woman. A good friend.

Honor bound to be contrary? I think I need to meet this guy, we might just get along. And Pepper really is, I can't say I've anything bad to say about her.

Cruel and unrepentant. It's a wonder I'm so popular 'round here. Though I suspect people like bossy, cruel guys more than they like to admit.

[Although he is pretty certain that it means they're friends, which he is way okay with. With him and Jack being training buddies, the arrangment wasn't unwanted.]

[Well, that was curious, but instead of confused, Eugene's intrigued. Back home, he had become considerably good friends with the ladies of Abel, maybe on account of his being relatively harmless. But the familiarity of home in a person... he could relate.]

Heh, I see. That's nice. So, she's like a sister, then?

[That makes him frown a little and after a moment, he shakes his head. His relationship with his real sibling had gone so sour. It leaves a bad taste in his mouth.]
